- Your details are kept on record to keep our booking history up to date.
- Your booking details are also kept to ensure we can contact you in any event with regards to your booking. Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that will impede the fulfilment of your reservation and in this unlikely event, the easier it is to contact you, the sooner we can help you.
- If you have signed up to receive marketing about any of our products and services your details will be retained and used for any relevant marketing purposes. Your personal data will not be sold, or given, to any other company
- We are fully committed to ensuring that your data is kept safe and is not used for any purpose other than agreed by you. Your information will not be disclosed to any other parties outside of the Holiday Village Group, unless absolutely necessary.
CANCELLATIONS -We hope it doesn’t happen.
We would be disappointed if you were to cancel your reservation. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be reimbursed in full. If however, notification of your cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival, we do reserve the right to withhold your deposit.
